Refund & Return Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unused and in their original packaging
Products that have been installed or activated cannot be returned for safety reasons
Proof of purchase is required for all returns
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at support@coguardhome.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used carbon monoxide alarms (for safety and hygiene reasons)
Items purchased on final sale
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@coguardhome.com.
